i would never go to eat at charlys family restaurant..... i have eaten there
many times, but when i had a bad dining experience, then i was talked down to,
and i was dismissed. i didn't know what i was talking about..... acording to
the manager that i spoke with. i was totally dismissed, they didn't want to deal with any of my issues. I have spent money there before..... but i guess
my money wasn't green enough, and any problems that i had were my fault, according to the management. good thing they aren't concerned with customer service. i guess they are doing too well to bother with the stupid patrons
that pay their bill...... i will not be going back there to be put down.
that is not what i go out to do for dinner.

the service there is great, however, the management there needs some work.
there is no concern about customer service. the management could care less
if a patron had a good dining experience or not. i got the impression when i
spoke with one of the managers regarding a problem with my dinner, that all they wanted was my money..... then just get out..... so we can fill the table. my complaint was uncalled for... i was wrong and my thoughts didn't matter!! customer satisfaction was the farthest from their mind. that is
very unprofessional, i would never go there again, i wouldn't recomend it either!!!!! mcdonalds would be better!!
